Attorney Todd Farmer

Mr. Farmer is a practicing attorney specializing in corporate, tax, bankruptcy and estate planning. Prior to forming Stout and Farmer, Mr. Farmer was President of Cole River Enterprises, Inc., a restaurant development company for the Damon’s International, Inc. franchise. While running Cole River Enterprises Mr. Farmer oversaw all day-to-day operations as well as handled all construction, marketing and financial issues. Prior to forming Cole River Enterprises, Mr. Farmer was a consultant with Arthur Andersen in Cincinnati, Ohio. While at Arthur Andersen, Mr. Farmer provided consulting services in business modeling, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and tax planning. Mr. Farmer holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Farmer is a member of the Bar in Kentucky as well as a Certified Public Accountant.
